We have experience in the automotive, medical, defense, and construction industries – we understand the different requirements of each sector and approach every challenge responsibly and individually.
We primarily machine steel, but we are also capable of machining various types of plastics. Our services cover single-piece and small-batch production. We are limited by a workpiece weight of up to 15 tons and dimensions up to 3000 x 1400 mm, although certain types of weldments can exceed these limits.
Quality control is performed using calibrated gauges and a 3D coordinate measuring machine.
Design and Production of Special-Purpose Machines
Many of our customers come to us with a detailed idea of the product, a finished design, or a request for a minor modification of an existing solution. We are fully capable of realizing such visions.
We also design and manufacture special-purpose machines ourselves, including tooling dies and machining fixtures.
Comprehensive Care for Aluminum Casting Molds
Thanks to our spotting press, we can disassemble, repair, and reassemble molds, as well as align the parting surfaces with high precision.
In addition to producing new molds, we take care of them throughout their lifecycle by repairing worn or damaged areas or completely replacing shaped components.
Tool Manufacturing and Service
We provide our customers with services in the design, production, and maintenance of other accessories used in the aluminum casting process, such as trimming tools or handling fixtures.
